Eisner served as Group Executive of Aftermarket at TMD Friction Holdings GmbH since November 2002. He served for the automotive industry supplier AlliedSignal, concluding his employment as Managing Director of the German Aftermarket distribution company responsible for the Bendix and Jurid brands from 1984 to 1998. He also served as Managing Director of the French automotive industry supplier Faurecia Abgastechnik Stollberg and as Managing Director of the HJS Leistritz distribution company, responsible for the HJS and Leistritz aftermarket business.
