Booking will be confirmed by email.
Ticket payment must be made by bank transfer no later than 25 October 2026.

Terms and conditions of participation and privacy policy

Changes to the programme, venue and date – DB Information reserves the right to postpone, amend or cancel the scheduled conference, as well as to change its date and venue, notifying participants by fax or email at least 3 working days before the conference is due to start. In such cases, our sole obligation shall be to refund the amount received, without any further charges.

Cancellation procedure – Should you be unable to attend the conference, a colleague may attend in your place, subject to written notification. If a replacement is not possible, cancellation of your participation must be notified in writing no later than the 10th working day prior to the start date. Once this deadline has passed, the full registration fee will be charged.

Conference proceedings – Each participant will receive the conference materials authorised for distribution.
